Psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, licensed with AASW and registered with Medicare.  Post grad training in therapies completed under Clinical Psychologist and Associate Professor (UWA) Dr Christopher Lee in EMDR, Schema Therapy and DBT.  

 

Specialist in enhanced relaxation and anxiety management strategies, progressive muscle relaxation and a range of skills that can be used in real time to manage anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, procrastination, distress, anger and crisis.
