Fees and Services

 

 Initial Consultation   $280 per hour

 Individual Therapy    $280 per hour 

Couples Therapy      $350 per hour

Family therapy          $350 per hour

Single Session Therapy $1000 (4 hours)​

Professional Supervision $160 per hour

Type of service and session time required can be advised to clinic admin via text at time of booking. For longer session times 50% deposit is required prior to booking confirmation.

Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) ​

If you are eligible for Medicare and have been provided with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP or psychiatrist you will be able to receive Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.   

 

The rebate amount is paid directly into your bank account by Medicare following receipt of full payment made in clinic.  The amount paid by Medicare will depend on your personal circumstances (i.e if you have reached the Medicare safety net threshold) and can range from $87 - $250 per session.  ​​​​

 

Please upload your plan via our contact form below or bring your copy with you to your initial consultation. Our clinic will submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf once full payment for session fee has been received. Medicare will then refund the amount into the bank account you have on record with them.

Private Healthcare Insurance 

Current Private Healthcare Insurance providers that cover for psychological therapies provided in clinic include:

• Nurses and Midwives Health

• Doctor's Health

Please ensure to enquire with your private healthcare insurance provider to ensure eligibility prior to appointment.

Cancellations

For any appointments not attended/cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then unfortunately a full session fee will incur as per East Perth Therapy Terms and Conditions. 

 

Please note that there is usually a waitlist for existing clients who would like to get in sooner, so it is best to call if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, if admin are able to fill the appointment on short notice then the fee can be waivered.
