Consult Fees

Fees are $250 per 1 hour session.  Clinic accepts cash, card (including American Express) and contactless payment methods.

Medicare and Bulk Billing
A GP or Psychiatrist can provide you with a written referral or 'Mental Health Treatment Plan' allowing you to be eligible for Medicare rebate.  Please bring your referral to your first appointment.

Private Healthcare Insurance 

Current Private Healthcare Insurance providers that cover for psychological therapies provided in clinic include:

• Bupa item no. Y100

• Teachers Health 

• UniHealth

• Nurses and Midwives Health

• Doctor's Health

Please ensure to enquire with your private healthcare insurance provider to ensure eligibility prior to appointment.

Cancellations

For any appointments not attended/cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then unfortunately a full session fee will incur.

 

Please note that its best to call if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, if admin are able to fill the appointment on short notice or reschedule your booking to an alternative time on the same day then the fee can be waivered.
